Can anyone recommend a camera similar to the Panasonic HDC TM300?
I'm looking for a camera similar to the Panasonic HDC Tm300

But I'm overall looking for a cheaper camera that has a focus that's easy to control. The focus on my camera, Canon something, is controlled bya switch that makes it hard to control.
So basically what I want is a cheap camera, with an focus that's easy to control (focus ring preferably)
Anyone got any suggestions? 
When looking for your camcorder, just check the specifications for "manual focus" via the lens barrel (ring). You may only find that feature on the upper-end cameras, like pro-sumer ones or full Pro. Another nice feature is a manual iris adjustment.
The use of manual focus is actually a better way of focusing a video camera. You can pin-point more accurately on a cluttered scene (subject) and you won't see the camera moving in and out of focus if your subjects move and you're using auto-focus.
